ever famous hollywood lanes, romantic little dinner, all excellent pickled veggies, fresh tortilla chips, decent vegetarian options, great food
Little Gem - great food!. Wow! My friend mentioned he wanted to take me to "this little place that you would never know was so good from the look of it on the outside". He was so right! It's completely non-descript from the outside and has no windows. Inside, it's a magical little escape from the city. There are rustic tables large enough to seat a party of twelve and private booths for a romantic little dinner by christmas light. It's really charming. There is also a jukebox. I can usually tell if the meal is going to be good by the quality of the salsa and the salsa, pico de gallo, and pickled veggies served with the fresh tortilla chips were all excellent. So, in turn, was our meal. There are decent vegetarian options too. Come here soon and say you were there before it blew up on the hipster scene.
A Mexican Paradise. There's still reason to head over to the old stomping grounds where the ever famous Hollywood Lanes once stood. Across from the once popular lanes is Maria's Ramada. Once you set foot into the restaurant you feel as if you walked into a humble Mexican Pueblo. Put it this way - IT BEATS THE LOOK OF CHA, CHA, CHA'S. If you want to impress someone Maria's Ramada is the place to do it!
