Everything said below except for one unhappy person in general. The ambiance is great the food so fresh and natural good and the Hot Chocolate best ever .Very european and seems so real not at all staged. Great people watching and they have a lovely little store upstairs with many items one of a kind from all over the world. JUST LOVE IT HERE !

I love this place, my favorite place in all of LA! I love all the teas, coffee, music, everything. They have interesting things in the store too.

F- on customer service(bad vibe n people, arrogant and rude) F-on prices (overpriced menu and the items for sale. A-on turning people away, what a negative experience.
