Very profesional and friendly service.

I met this doctor when he had an office in Los Angeles. From the very first day he made sure that all my needs were covered. He is soft spoken and very friendly and as I kept comming back for follow ups or new appointments I always left with a sence of satisfaction that my visual needs and all my questions were answered acordingly. He moved his office to Pasadena a few years ago and I still go to see him there, I still think that it is worth to drive a few miles to get the kind of attention I get fro Dr. Arai.
