Rafiels artistic hair studio. I too had the displeasure of having my hair cut at "rafiels artistic hair studio" I had been in that salon once before, and had an unpleasant experience, but because it is located so close to work (LHS)...i took another chance on getting my hair done there He made what ordinarilly would be an hour cut and style run well into 2 1/2 hours because he was more conscerned about gossiping with another woman there then the work he was doing on me. He conducts himself in a very unprofessional manner, loudly gossiping about his neighboring businesses. He was also crittizing the local people that surrounded the salon. Perhaps if he would have paid a bit more attention on cutting my hair, my hair cut would not have had to be corrected at another hair salon. Bottom line...i am taking the time to write this review because the work i rescieved at "Rafiels Hair salon" was unpleasant, poor quality of work, and very unproffesional and WAY over priced. It was my experience that i didnt get what i paid for. I should have known better then to go to local salon just because it was conveniantly close to my job. Never again will I make that mistake again.

Always satisfied. I have been going to Rafiel's for more than 10 years and never have I been disappointed. Yes, its a bit pricely, if you want your hair done right (the first time), then the price is right to be satisfied. Don't you think your worth it paying a little more?

hair salon. went to go get a haircut i was ok w/ it but the price was a bit much for the area that it is in i would not return just for the price i ubderstand gotta make $ but come on u in "the hood" u cant charge $50 for a haircut

RE: Comments from khstarr. Recently, I was informed of a review I received on the Internet. When I read this review, I was extremely concerned anyone would feel that I would maliciously attack a customer in my salon. I’ve always extended the utmost respect, courtesy and welcoming atmosphere in my studio. I would never act in such an inappropriate manner but if this person felt this way, I am very sorry and would love to have you return as my guest. Most of my clientele have been with me for many years, and have always had the great pleasure of caring for their hair and cosmetic needs… as well as keeping my close and personal relationships with them.

Read all about it. I am a client of Rafiel's for 20 years and he is one of the most nicest, kindest and brilliant person you will have ever met. He is very giving and loving and kindest person to others. to know him is to love him. Rafiel is a religious man. He has God in his heart. All those who gossip against him are doing the Devil's work.

As a result, I highly recommend his honesty and professionalism.
