AWESOME!! Alpine is the Best when it comes to BMW's!. I own a 325I BMW.. 2001. Back in February 2010, my headlight went out completely..There I was standing in front of my car under the rain when Tony the owner of Alpine came by and told me he could check out my car at his shop, which was just down the street!! How blessed can I be?.. I knew I had an issue with the XENON light a while ago, but, the dealer quoted me $800+installation so I didn't have money to fix it. Tony went out of his way to have my ilght installed asap for only $190!! Furthermore, he installed a sun visor that I had been needing forever and only charged me $30. I have been taking my car to Alpine ever since, even though I live in Chino Hills. Alpine is worth the drive; Tony and Steven the owners are always very pleasant and look out for my car. There prices are reasonable and their customer service is the best I've come accross in the Auto Repair industry. This is my second BMW in 20 years and I never had such a great team of mechanics work on my bimmers in the past!! I am grateful to ALPINE for the care they give my car and recommend them to all my friends. Maria G.

LA's one and only bmw shop. took my bmw to a lot of different shops and no one was able to fix my car, or if they said they can fix it was too expensive. i took my car to alpine they said they knew the exact problem and they said they can fix right away.

this shop is very great for bmw and m. benz.

DON'T!. They SUPER overchage and lie about the condition of the parts, they told me that they had replace alll the brake system, new, but some part were used

Thanks Alpine!!!. just like to say thanks to alpine for taking care of me big-time i've known this guys for 17+ years, and i am very happy with thier service 100%. OH!! As far as Tony goes what a guy he'll do anything to help out if your not "Richard" to him.....!

HORRIBLE AWFUL TERRIBLE. With surly contempt, the owner Tony walked me out to my car so I could explain my turn signal problem, listened for a moment and said, "You need to come back when Mike's here. He fixes these old BWM's."I said, "Great. When will he be in?" Tony shrugged and said he didn't know, to "call and check tomorrow." I went back in to ask for some parts, and a guy reluctantly went in the back for 20 seconds and returned with a "nope we don't have it." I didn't have a good feeling, but I called back, I got Mike on the phone, and he told me to come in the following day. The next morning I went in, and when I asked to speak to Mike I was told he was busy. I specified my problem and added that I was following his instructions, and the owner said, "You can't just come in here expecting to talk to whoever you want. He's busy." That's when I said," You know what? I've been getting nothing but attitude from you guys all week, it seems like you don't want my business. I'm doing what you told me to do," To which the owner Tony responded, "You're right, I don't want your business, I'm the owner, and you can get the (eff) out of my shop." He came over, got in my face, opened the door and told me to get out...If you loove abuse, pop in and say hello to these guys. Oh And yeah, they overcharge like crazy, I got my repair done elsewhere for half of what they quoted me.

I love it. I would recommend to all.

I saved bunch of money and time. Dont even go here and there and get a run around . Alpine will help you with everything. like they did to me i saved $700 by takeing my car there to get my suspention fixed. Parts and service at same location.

Would recommend.

Lie, trick, and cheat their customers!!CASH ONLY NO REFUND. Very bad business . no refund no recipe cash only.I bought parts they assured me were the correct parts, then but that was not working trash junk part. they promissed me if it's not working i'll get 100% fully refund. I return store next day ask for refund,but they not.

I strongly urge you not to support this underhanded "cash only" business of crooks and liars!!Do not support this junk store!!

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Alpine epitomizes everything that is wrong with how the auto industry in LA treats people. In my interaction with them, I bought parts they assured me were the correct parts, then when they were not correct they refused to give me a refund, and instead issued a "store credit" which at a junk yard is exactly the same as no refunds. I strongly urge you not to support this underhanded "cash only" business of crooks and liars.
