awesome customer service!!

I have now used this company twice. Im waiting to buy a new car but, well, this economy is crap!~ Anyways it was a pleasure doing business with the man who assisted me and was actually really knew what he was talking about, not BSing me... He also spoke perfect English, which I find very refreshing these days! Long story short, good, legit, dependable business, theyve been around for like 10+ yrs unless im just crazy.... possibility of course!

~A Great Service~

I had to write a review, simply because I have gotten my car impounded before and its always been a horrible ecperience! While it isnt the greatest that I HAD my car impounded last night in the first place, but all things considered, Im sort of relieved that it WAS them rather than anyone else. I didnt feel like I was being cheated at least, and the man who released my car to me was very nice and even made me laugh (which I was pissed when I first came in) haha.....

Hopefully my car NEVER breaks down or gets towed again, but if it ever does, at least I have someone I can call that I know I can trust to give me reasonable pricing.

So my car is not in the greatest of conditions and unfortunately I have had to use a two service a lot lately. In this economy I have been told that it is not a good time to buy a car. Soooo Ive been dealing with the one I have for now.

This was the BEST experience I have yet had with a tow service. They said it would probably take close to 30-45min for a truck to arrive, and I thought that was fair. So I made myself comfy, got out my phone and started to play solitaire on my phone =) It was not more than 20 minutes and I saw the Diamond Towing truck!! I was so happy to get out of there (nothing worse than being stuck on the side of the road, right??)

Anyways the driver who showed up, his name was Warren was a very nice man. When he told me the pricem I realised I did not have enough $$ on me and my debit card was not working. Warren took me to my bank (which was a bit out of the way, but he said he didnt mind if it would make it easier for me) It took me about 30 minutes to wait in line, get the $$ etc. I offered to pay a little extra since he had to go out of his way to help me out. But he just said "thats what were here for!!"

Never in have I met someone so willing to help a complete stranger!

I HAVE FOUND MY NEW TOW SERVICE FOR LIFE AND WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS!!!!! =)

Good service

I had the worseday ever. And then I locked my keys in my car =(. ANyways these guyscame super fast and boy was I happy to see them!
