Tamale Man should be called Masa Man. The tamales are not that great. Too much grease & too much masa. I haven't tried any other dish... simply because I have no desire to come back to this place.

They should invest on a security guard at least... to keep all the gangsters out.

Just doesn't feel safe.

Best Tamales in Town!. These are the best traditional tamales you ever had. Even better than the ones my mom makes. They don't gouge you on the prices. They don't try to "Californize" it by adding ingredients that were never meant for a tamale. And they use a lot of meat to fill their tamales. Their tamales come in three flavors. . . The traditional Red sauce tamales, Green chili chicken tamales and these outrageously delicious cheese tamales. Of course for the holidays they have sweet tamales. But don't wait until last minute to get yours they sell out by noon nearly every day, especially during the holidays. Enjoy.
