Lived up to its great reputation

Where do I start? Ive been going to Walters Right Solution since 2006. Every time I go I am reminded of his good reputation with the honest and transparent work that he does for the cars I have taken to him. I don't know much about cars, and as much as Walter tries to lecture me on my car I still don't know much about cars, all I know is that they break down on me because I like to drive (as he puts it) "adventurously". I'm glad to know that no matter how much I beat up my car Walter will always try to save me some money. What kind of Mechanic tries to convince you that your car does not need fixing or that you can still wait on your brakes to wear down further? One that has you in mind, one that must love what he does for a living. I love that Walter honestly cares in helping people out, im sure that all the reviews below mine echo the same sentiment about Walter and how he runs his Business. He has a business to run but he also has ethics, values, and beliefs to live by and that is why I recommend Walter to everyone and anyone. In tough times we need to not only save money by spending less but by making sure that the money we spend serves its purpose. As far as Automotive repairs Walter and his Right Solution is that place where things are done right and done honestly!

They told us to go to court to resolve battery issue

My husband took the car to fix a small problem, but when they returned the battery was damaged. The battery was just 2 years old and never failed before, but immediately after the "repair" it would not hold a charge anymore. My husband called the shop and the mechanic was extremely rude, said that if we wanted any compensation we would have to take him to court. He said it just like that, immediately after my husband explained the problem, and he didn't even try to talk or figure out a way to solve it. Now they totally lost my trust. Unless you want a huge headache, choose somewhere else to go.
