Rip off company if you have a furnace

Less than a year ago I had a repair man from Chief come over. Instead of fixing my old furnace, he said it was too dangerous and that I needed a bunch of new parts. I spent close to $2K on the work and parts for 2 furnaces in my house. A few weeks ago, one stopped working. Warranty on service is only 30 days and on parts is one year. The repair man who came over this time wanted to bill me $200 for the service instead of the typical $65 service fee because he said my crawl space was too small (he was an elderly man) for him and I'd have to pay more for the inconvenience! I only paid him the $65 after much arguing. One week later the work he did broke again. I'm sick of this company and feel they are deceptive.
