Do NOT trust these people with your watch!!!

The pople at Time Factory Watch Outlet do not know how to install a simple battery watch. While I was shopping at the Shopping Extravaganza (Entrance Fee goes to Charity), I took my watch to get a new battery. An employee took the watch, didn't give me a claim ticket and went to the back of the store to change the battery. When sheemerged about 20 minutes later, she handed me the watch. It was SEVERLY scratched and the battery didn't work. I complained and asked for a manger. The manager (some blonde who would not give me her name) said that the watch was already scratched. I told her it was a new watch and she handed me my bil , even though the battery on the watch was not working, and tried to hurry me out of the store.

I contacted their corporate office and they never got back to me.

These people are there to ruin your watch and take your money! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
