I had called another plumber for a clogged sewer, and was told my wife that it needed a major repair involving sewer relining, and that it could not be cleared without this work. I wanted a second opinion, because the work they recomended was almost $10,000! I called Adee Do for a second opinion, and they came out and were able to clear the line, and then showed me by putting a camera in the line exactly what the line looked like! I did have roots, but they were honest and told me that I could do yearly maintenance if I preferred, or line the sewer. Their estimate was almost $4,000 lower! Great service, they were ontime, honest, and gave me a great price too. I plan on doing the repair, and they have a customer in me. I highly recommend!

Happy with service. Very happy with the work. I recently bought a house and replaced my fixtures in my 2 bathrooms. I contacted Adee Plumbing and Heating after hearing about the work they'd done for a friend and was very happy with the overall service. They installed new toilets, sinks, tubs, and fixtures. They had a nice selection of fixtures including Kohler which is what I wanted. The plumber was very professional. He showed up on time every day until he got the work done, cleaned up after himself and the price was fair. The office even called to follow up and make sure I was happy with all of the work. My bathrooms look great. I'll definitely use them again if I have any problems.

UNETHICAL PRACTICES. On July 11th, Adee plumbing came out to my duplex to fix plumbing in a vacated unit downstairs. While backing out of my driveway, one of their drivers backed into my brand new BMW that was parked right in front of my house with several witnesses watching. My fiancee took my car over to the shop and both he and the owner acknowledged that the damage on my car matched IDENTICALLY with their vehicle height and paint, and that the damage was a "no brainer".

After acknowledging the obvious damage done by their driver and truck, instead of doing the right thing and paying their minimal deductible for the $5,000 in damage done to my car, Adee chose to take the unethical route and deny responsibility of this accident to their insurance company who has been giving me the run around for almost a month. Their entire operation functions in a completely unethical manner.

I have used Adee Plumbing in the past, however will refuse to support their business moving forward. I had to file a report with the police as well as a suit with my lawyer against Adee as a result of their negligence. I would not do business with them, in case any accident occurs with plumbing, it is highly unlikely that they will utilize their insurance to resolve the problem in an ethical manner. They are not accountable and do not conduct themselves with any integrity.
