Terrible experience-Ruined our Event. WARNING-Do not use this outfit, this is from a real person as well. We had a special event for our daughter and 13 freinds for a dinner cruise at the beach. About 3 hours before the event we were told the Limo we orderd was broke down so would be given another one and since we had no choice the day of the event we waited for the replacement. They said the driver was on his way to pick us up. We were then given stopry after astory of the driver being stuck on the freeway due to an accident and that he had gotten out of the limo to talk to the highway patrol officer and the freeway was closed. I repeatedly asked for the drivers number so I could call him to meet him where he was, they never gave me the number after repeated requests. I checked all freeway locations from where they were coming and there were no closures so we were lied too. Also, beware they charged my credit card and they didnt even show up!!

Worst Limo service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Hubby had rented a limo from this company, to pick me and my kids up from the airport and drive us home. Driver was rude and lazy, he did not want to help me load my luggage.The limo had no working TVs or radio. My kids and I listen to static all the way home. No drinks in the car. When we arrived home the driver had the nerve to say he wanted a tip, really! $319.00 went down the drain for this rude ass and now he wanted a tip. Maybe you should think about customer service and what it means before you open your mouth.

a wonderful service. I found American Limousine to be very professional and friendly. I was in a bind and needed service on short notice. I called this company and they accomadated me and I had no problems with my requests. They were on time and friendly. The driver was well dressed and very knowledgeable on the areas I wanted to see. All in all a great time had by all

limo service for bachlorette AND wedding. i have been meaning to write this company a review but with the bachlorette party and wedding and honeymoon i am just getting around to it so here goes . let me start by saying i am a little confused with some of the negative reviews i have just seen with this company because the service i got from american limousine was phenomenal . my maid of honor booked them for my bachlorette party when the limo showed up i was very pleased it was a chrysler 300 very clean and beautiful our driver paulo was on time and very very sweet we got complimentary champagne

everything was fantastic so much so that i decided to use them for my wedding when the other company i was going to go with backed out on me . i called the company a couple times and spoke to a few people in the office and they were all very helpful i ended up booking a black escalade , a white hummer , and a chrysler 300 . american limousine did not dissapoint all three limos were on time (in fact they were on site early ) our drivers sharon , cedric , and paulo (i had requested him again because he did such a good job for my party ) were fantastic , the limos were nice they were a few small scratches but nothing too major and it really didnt affect me because i am not a perfectionist i understand this a service these limos go out every day so no big deal . i can honestly say everything went smooth and i think they did a great job. and for that the least i could do was come and do a review for them nowdays it seems people only write negative reviews so i think its about time a satisfied customer writes about how well things went . and that satisfied customer would be me thank you american limousine i think you guys did a fine job :)

Time for a headline from an actual customer and not a fake. Do not use!

Do not use! Driver was 1.5 hours late for picking up my bride for my wedding!! Service has provided him the wrong directions. After trying to get him the correct directions, service kept giving him the wrong ones.

Eventually I, the groom, called every 5 mins to guide to where we are.

Directions werent difficult. Sofitel hotel on Beverly. How do you mess that up?

When I called for a credit/refund, they refused. All around a 0 stars experience
