I actually had a good experience here. I got real good service when I came here they were very nice and very polite towards me. I actually looked at other hot tub places and there are other places that are way more expensive. I bought a hot tub here at Pacific Spa and I don't regret it, I really like my spa I got. It has night lights and it has a plug in for my ipod.. Thanks Pacific Spa you guys were great to me!!

My roommates and I wanted a spa and on a friend's recommendation, we decided to go with Pacific Spas & Saunas. They came out and took a good look at our backyard to design a spa that really fit in with its surroundings. The guys who hooked everything up were really cool, and since none of us have ever owned a hot tub before, they gave us really good tips on how to take care of it. Fortunately, we don't have to do a whole lot because it's really easy to maintain. We love it, our friends love it, and the frogs in our yard love it..so it's a good thing they gave us a cover. The spa has turned out to be exactly what we wanted and we're having a party this weekend and can't wait to have everyone try it out!

I'm so happy I found these guys. I've had trouble over the years finding good, qualified people to fix my spa. The folks in the service department know their stuff, and they are up front and honest about any pending charges. I've been so pleased with their service, that we just bought our new spa from them - even though there are several spa stores here in the valley. The delivery crew dropped off and hooked up the new spa a couple weeks ago, and they hauled away the old klunker. Kudos to everyone at Pacific Spas.

Needed a part for my old spa. Called a number of places in the Los Angeles area but i could not find anyone who would take time to help me. I felt all they wanted was the BIG SALES. I went to Pacific spas and one of the guys in the office Greg found my parts. Way to go service!!!

Bought a used spa from showroom last Friday. Was completely installed by Tuesday. I used it for the 1st time yesterday and i'm extremely satisfied. Good price, great service. Everyone i dealt with was polite, knowledgeable, helpful, prompt. All workers were fast, excellent, clean. I completely disagree with all the negative comments from other reviewers. I was initially put off by the negative reviews but after spending many hours of research and going to several other places, i'm glad i disregarded the bad reviews and went back to Reuben and Robin. My experience was all positive. Far exceeded my expectations in every way.

I purchased my spa at Pacific Spas & Sauna. They are very professional. I had other spa companies give me bids for the same work. They did not have a clue how to do professional installation. The work I had done at my house was extensive. I sunk the spa at ground level which meant I needed a block wall vault built. Drains at the bottom of the vault with drain lines out to the street. Additional drains in back yard and side yard. Concrete and stone work around spa. Concrete work down side yard. 200 amp service replacing 100 amp service to house. I myself am a licensed General Contractor and can appreciate the excellent work they provided for me. It was done in a timely manner as promised. When I once needed warranty work on the replacement of jets, they were right there for me. I purchase all my chemicals there at a discount price because I purchased my spa there.

We were hesitant to purchase a spa but the price couldn't be beat. We built a deck around the tub so it looks partially sunk. Looks great and we were very pleased with the purchase.

nice. I've owned and used Sundance spa's since 1985, they are great spa's. I moved and left the one I owned at the old house. So of course I bought another one for the new place and I am very pleased with this one as well as the others.

good job. I look forward to using it everyday! It was easy to setup and it is easy to take care of. It tucks into the corner of our deck nicely and doesn't take up much space.
