The best reponse I've ever had!. They answered the phone, the person very was nice and got a plumber to my store the same morning. The plumber gave me a few options on how to proceed with my leak repair. He took no short cuts and cleaned up when the work was done. He was a real pro.

Showed up to overcharge me. I called them and they promptly came out on a Sunday evening for a service call fee of $96.00. Fair enough. Then they gave me an estimate of $2500 for a new water heater. I found that to be a bit high but what do I know...well my insticts were correct and I called 3 other companies and they all gave me a rate of $1200-$1600. I called back and let them know what the other companies quoted me as I wanted to be loyal to the nice person that showed up Sunday evening. Well, I wasoud that was "A & B" prices and they would not reduce there rate at all. I then scheduled an appoitment with another company. One would think in this economic time you would honor the competive rate but I guess this person/company would rather not work.
