Tips for Hair Club for Men and Women

I cannot recommend this place enough. My hair was thinning & I started using their products (Shammpoo/ conditioner/ vitamins/ dropps & their treatment & My hair is soo much thicker & healthier. I am sooo grateful. Alex who manages the place is so professional & helpful. Kayla is just outstanding. Cassandra at the front desk is wonderful. I am a very happy customer.

Well Taken Care Of.
I have been an HCM member for 16 years. This was my first time at the Sunset location. Be sure to ask for Christine. She was excellent! She listened to me, was patient, and knew what she was doing. The staff and manager were also very attentive and responsive to my needs.
I highly recommend HCM.

They treat you like family!!. They have the nicest staff there I love it. They always work with you and want to keep you happy. Very good experience so far. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Do not do your surgery over at Hair-club !!!.
I went to hair club to do my procedure and oh boy... a big mistake!
1) The scar is hugh and ugly. I have to grow my hair long to hide it
2) I was promise that 2500 hairs is more than enough and my front looks VERY thin compares with the back and I can't hide it and I cant shave my hair due to the scar.
3) I was promise Dr. Gafney which is best in the field and after getting the shots he assigned a new doctor from Florida to do my procedure and he messed it up.
4) After complaining, I am still waiting for an answer for months if they are willing to help with my situation.
If you know a good lawyer that deals with these types of law-suites please let me know.
