Maybe Melanie is great, but Kym...not so much. Shannon does not stand behind her stylists work! I'd been there twice, Kym was my stylist...she did a great job the first 2 times. Third time wasn't a charm. She used the wrong toner and suddenly my hair was dark brown. Tried to call Shannon, she wouldn't take my call. Completely unprofessional. Now I know why the salon was empty each time I went there....remember Shannon, word of mouth is everything and for the prices you charge you should be much more professional. I had the impression you were an upscale salon...I guess just your prices are upscale.
