HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY & ALWAYS HELPFUL

I have known Andy for almost 20 years. Whenever I have needed some piece of jewelry repaired or wanted to purchase a new item, he has ALWAYS been there to help! His prices are downright fair and reasonable. He is VERY professional and competent and if I feel that some repair was not done to my satisfaction, he will go out of his way and take however long is necessary to make it right. I have recommended him to at least 15 other people who have gone to him and have come back to tell me thank you for sending them to such a great & competent businessman!!
- Pros: Best Jeweler in town!!

Incompetent, unprofessional, and unaccountable

They stole my money. I gave them a working watch to repair the watch glass, and they underquoted me to get me in the door and when I got the watch back it wasn't working anymore. Also when I was there, a little kid was in the store (I assume Andy's son) who was acting up and Andy spanked him in front of customers!
When I got home I called them and asked them to fix what they had broken they tried to blame me and charge me for the repair! I told them that it was their responsibility to fix it since I brought it to them working, and Andy basically called me a liar, told me to pick up the watch and then hung up on me. The service is bad, Andy is rude and incompetent! Do not go here.
