Big Selection. This Best Buy has a large selection so I usually come here by default when I'm looking for something. They have lots of movies sorted around the store, which my kids usually enjoy browsing. The return policy is pretty good too---I once returned a TV and got about a $600 store credit. The one downside is if you call ahead and have them reserve you an item...they might not be able to find it later. So it's probably best to just go and find what you want.

Quality could be better. I bought a printer and had to return 2 times before I got one that worked. I like their selection and price, but they should check quality better.
