Most unresponsive lawyers EVER!

I dealt with two different attorneys at this firm and though they have both told me repeatedly to contact them any time, with any questions, they NEVER get back to me. The first in-person meeting I had with my attorney, he was over 45 minutes late to see me. A few days before that, I sent him a brief email to ask how the DMV hearing went. NO response, even after leaving a couple messages afterward. At the court hearing the next week, a different attorney from his office showed up, more than an hour and a half late. I emailed them the next day with a very succinct list of 5 issues/questions. It's been three days, and again, NO response whatsoever. They acted like I should be eternally grateful that they kept me out of jail! As a first-time offender (misdemeanor DUI), this earns them a C or a D grade, certainly not an A or B. I realize I messed up in getting a DUI. And all I want to do is go to my meetings, and fulfill the court orders - things that have drastically changed my daily routine. So it doesn't seem unreasonable to me that the law firm I've paid could take 5 or 10 minutes out of their day to answer simple questions, the answers to which, if not given to me in a timely manner, could completely screw me over with the courts and the DMV.

I'm now seeking a lawyer to deal with my lawyer.

Bien and Robinson are excellent lawyers

I was searching for law firms on the internet and it was very difficult to choose one. I ended up hiring the law offices of Bien and Robinson to defend my case. It actually was a good decision indeed. My first consultation with them was very assuring and they answered all my questions. In turn, they ask questions, and understood my case very well. They assured that everything will go fine and I would not have to do any jail time. In fact, they actually got my case dismissed! This was very unexpected, but they certainly have a vast knowledge in the US court system and came well prepared to my trial. I'm happy I made the decision to go with Bien and Robinson.

The Law Offices of Bien and Robinson was one of my last visits when I was researching and visiting various attorney offices for a good criminal defense lawyer.

One of the reasons I ended up going with this law office was that Fred Bien and Craig Robinson from second one of our meeting told me that I had nothing to worry about. And that I could please no contest, something no other defense attorney told me to do.}

They quelled my nervousness, and ultimately helped me to get the dismissal I really wanted. Couldn't have made a better choice in my opinion.

Bien and Robinson are a good choice for criminal defense...

No parent wants to hear that their daughter needs to go to trial. In fact, I was not only furious but depressed at the thought. Bien and Robinson not only assured me that my daughter would be fine, but they kept their word--and ultimately got her trial dismissed.

I couldn't be more happy with their services, and still am in great thanks to them! We're not local around the area, but were glad to go out of our way for them. It was clear from the consultation to the last day of trial that we had made a good decision for my daughters criminal defense....so thanks Bien and Robinson.
