Overpriced and ineffective. I started going to ALSC in 2008 when it was still American Laser Centers. I paid nearly $800 for my chin. 6 treatments plus a 2 year guarantee. Sounded good to me. They make you shave the area so that the removal will work. Well this summer my guarantee was over, and I never got results. In fact, because of the shaving, I have more hair than I did to begin with! I'm outraged and they say there's nothing they can do. I basically paid $800 to get more hair. Now I have to wax every week, whereas before I only had to wax every month! They said it was a hormonal area and offered me a deal on my neck area. It's been a year, and the hair is still not completely gone! supposedly that should have been zapped and gone in 6 sessions! I have light skin and dark hair which is supposed to be the best for these treatments. It's apparent that the machines at this facility are not of the best quality, and they are so over priced! I say go elsewhere. I found another local place with amazing reviews online and from friends that is 75% less expensive! I say do your research and avoid this place at all costs. There's a reason they changed their name. The previous name had too many complaints associated with it.

Hair free and lovin' it!. I've had both the underarm and bikini areas done here and have had fantastic results. The staff is very friendly and professional. They often run specials and it's tough to go wrong when you have a 2 year guarantee plus return clients are always treated well and offered other deals on hair removal. They've also been happy to accomodate me past the 2 year period.

I may have had a good skin type for this procedure so while it's always good to do your homework on whether this is right for you, I can tell you ALC is a great place to go if you decide to try it!
