DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Save yourself the frustration and headache.

-unprofessional staff

-missed appointments

-will not return calls

-no communication

They have had my TV for over a month and it is still not working properly.

I would use another company if I could but I am bound by my warranty (purchased through Walmart).

I never write reviews but feel compelled to warn others. I joined Citysearch specifically for this reason.

Stay the great company you are! So grateful... our 60" Sony stopped working. Talked to Chris on the phone and we were able to troubleshoot together. Part was ordered and got my call yesterday that the part arrived. Technician came out today at noon and replaced the part in 10 minutes! My techie son was so impressed and i'm simply happy.

This was an easy such an easy repair and everyone at SoCal Tech was helpful and responsive.

(Surprised at the negative reviews... they sure don't sound like the same company!)

BEST REPAIR COMPANY EVER!!. These guys are so great!!! I have referred them to all of my top clients in real estate on the west side, South Bay, beach communities and everyone has been so happy.

They are really good about taking care of people and everyone is so quick and respectful.

They were always helpful for me with any questions I had, even when the service was done and they were paid. They fixed my LG flat screen and my projector. Their service was prompt. The techs are very helpful and always available.

Prices are great!

Just used SoCal Tech again to help repair my laptop and flat screen, they were amazing! I don't know what is going on with people writing these crazy negative reviews but I have had nothing but positive interactions and prompt and professional timely service from them!

Unprofessional!. I was referred to this company when my tv was in need of repair. I called to schedule an appointment for a tech to come by and I was given the run around. They scheduled me and no one showed up. I called back and got some sob story from a rep. They rescheduled me for another day and apologized for the inconvenience. On the second scheduled date I was told that a tech would show up between 2-5. I specifically told them that if they show up even 5min before 2 I wont be home so to make sure they came at 2 or after 2. Of course they show up at 1:40 (which was on the note they left me) and I was not home. So instead of waiting they left me papers saying they missed me. I was so furious! This was now the second attempt to try to get this company to come do their job. After that I cancelled my services with them. Please check Yelp reviews as well because they have bad reviews from lots of customers.

Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can not believe this company has 5 star rating on city search. I had the worst experience with them. I was referred to this warranty company through Best Buy. I purchased a Plasma TV and bought extended warranty on it and a year after buying the TV I was having problems with it. I called to schedule servicing and was given a day and approximate time a technician would show up. I stayed home from work and waited and waited and waited some more. No one showed up! I called and was told that they would reschedule me. My rescheduled day was two weeks later! I could not believe this. Finally the tech came and said that they needed to replace a part and it needed to be ordered. I paid 250$ for a new part. Long story short, they supposedly replaced the damaged part, but about a month later I was having the same issue. This time I took it to Geek Squad and they say the so called "replaced" part and told me it was the wrong part for the TV I had. They finally fixed my TV and I have not had problems since. I called So Cal to get a refund on the 250$ they charged me, but was never able to get in touch with supervisors. I was told they would call back and they never did. That went on for about 2 months and I gave up on it. If you are reading this review, please also see yelp reviews. They have 1.5 stars on yelp. I wish I had seen the reviews on yelp before. I will also be contacting Best Buy to notify them of how these people are ripping off customers. Please be advised of this and dont take their word for anything. Get a second opinion!

GREAT COMPUTER REPAIRS. The staff at SoCal Tech, Inc. are very helpful, knowledgeable and caring. I took my laptop in to be repaired after an IT online company that I had interacted with re my spy ware had totally messed up my laptop. They assessed the problem in one day and within two days had repaired my laptop and had me back up and running. This quick turn around time was just wonderful and very appreciated. My computer has been running better than ever.

Camera. Got my camera fixed there, great service, fast and reliable, prices were ok, but overroll service was the best. i will go back to this place for services again, you know what they say, it's not the cost its how you service it. GREAT PEOPLE!

Great Service. if you are looking for a TV repair shop this is the place to go. Best service, people are great.
