Encore Hair Studio. I highly recommend Judy as your hair stylist. Judy has kept my hair cut, conditioned and colored for the past 4 years. What makes her unique? She is innately curious and that Curious George within her drives her to try new products, know their contents and how well they work. She then bestows all the benefits onto her customers. She is an excellent colorist..and is very honest in telling you what color compliments your particular complexion. And she has a bubbly personality!!!…
