love the Morning Girl..... Hello all I have to say the morning girl is the Bomb! She is always so sweet and knows what she is talking about. I know that she is kinda new to Pac Sun but I gotta say that she knows what she is doing. No matter what question I may have she has an answer.

I got a little pink and she knew what to do right off the bat! The new Gm is hot but is well lets say hummm a box of rocks! Love that the salon is so clean all of the time. I myself could eat off the floor in the SO location! So people please get over the bad talk about this salon it ROCKS!

Rude GM. The staff is very friendly, however the man upstairs that they work for is very rude and has NO idea what he is doing. I would advise all of the staff members to quit and run as fast as they can. The people on here writing negative comments about the staff is completly wrong, they do NOT over sell and they DO know what they are talking about. The girl I spoke to was very friendly and answered all my questions accordingly. I have been to many tanning salons in my lifetime and I know a good business from a bad one and this seems to be going down hill. Dont blame the staff on this one people!

Great Customer Service. Have been a customer for some time. I gotta say, the new management is simply fantastic!! I would recommend to anyone looking for a great experience. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in customer service at its finest. Great, friendly staff has always been more than accomodating to any of my needs. The smiling faces and clean, organized structure will have anyone coming back for sure. This place is truly magnificent!

Truly the best. Pacific Sun is pretty much the best tanning experience ever. I tanned a lot in the past at other tanning salons but nothing has compared to the high quality beds, cleanliness, and customer service as Pacific Sun. The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable. Since it's been a few years since I've tanned, the staff took the time to give me a tour on my first visit and explained the differences between each of the beds. From that I was able to choose the bed I found sufficient for my skin and purchase a package. No hard selling - they'll ask you if you're interested in lotions but they do that to help achieve a better tan and protect your skin! I would never tan without a lotion and they have some really great stuff. If you're going to spend money on a tan you might as well throw in a lotion to make your tan look better and last longer. The staff is great -which is so important because they'll take the time to answer your questions and if they aren't sure the answer....they'll find out and get back to you right away. That's definitely putting the customer first. I personally won't go anywhere else.

Great Tanning Spa - Believe Me. I don't often feel compelled to write reviews for this site, but I love this place. It's really a really great tan which is most important, but the whole experience is really deluxe.

I also read some of a few of these what reviews that say otherwise, and I can promise you they're full of you know what... clearly a disgruntled ex employee here, as I've heard that's what these losers do when they get fired from restaurants or other places. So, try and take a look for yourself. It's the best. And that's not just my opionion. Clearly the best.

A Platinum Tanning Experience - You Won't Find Better. Pacific Sun is hands down the best tanning spa in Los Angeles. I've been tanning at many different places, and Pacific Sun is the cleanest, highest quality and has the best service. Theire beds are unbelievable. I LOVE the platinum beds with the aromatherapy mist and all the extras. In 10 minutes I have the exact amount of tan I want and I'm on with my day. The owners and staff are always great, very friendly and helpful.

Best Tanning in LA: Hands Down. Professional, CLEAN, friendly and knowledgeable...what else would you want out of a tanning salon? You can tell bulbs are changed regularly and the staff knows exactly when they were changed. For a "professional tanner" like me, that's very important. Great customer service in a welcoming environment.

I would NEVER go back. The bed I used was way too hot. I thought I was going to faint. No one said anything about new bulbs. It was extremely uncomfortable. I have never been in a tanning bed before that's temperature was that high. If you go here, keep your car's AC cranked all the way up, otherwise you will may get heat stroke!!!!!

I HATE UPSELLING. Do not tan here unless you are prepared to listen to some guy try to sell you lotion and packages forever. i know places need to sell to make money, but give it a rest pal. made me feel bad for not buying his tanning packages. i would not recommend this place. if they read this, back off a little bit, you are scaring people away with the pushiness.
