Very Best Nail Salon. I've been going to Soak Nails for about a year now and it's a great experience each time. In fact, I won't go anywhere else. Organic, toxin-free products are all they use and the atmosphere is so luxe and clean. They always offer spa water, espresso and cookies and listen to your requests like "ooh, I need to be out the door in 45 minutes!" The chairs are super comfortable and they have privacy curtains for your comfort. Since becoming pregnant, they let me know which scrubs and scents I shouldn't have -- they're really up on the latest information and products. I've had all of my special occasion nails done to perfection at Soak (engagement photos, wedding, baby bump photos and other special events). Sue and Young are the owners and they have a really great (and professional) business at Soak. It's simply the best salon for mani/pedi's.

I LOVE MY NAILS AGAIN!. After suffering through almost 10 years of acrylic nails and always dreading going nto the nail salon, I finally decided enough was enough. The mother of one of my daughter's friends had told me she had found a gem of a salon over the hill in Encino. At first I thought how good could it possibly be, but I did have to admit that her nails looked really good. She said she used to get acrylics at a salon in Beverly Hills, but said that a friend of hers who lives in Studio City told her about these soak off gels. She told me that she had them put on about 2 weeks ago, and they still looked amazing. Well, I went down there myself, and now thanks to Sue and Lety, I love my nails again! This is the first time in a long time, where I actually enjoyed myself in a nail salon! I absolutely am at awe of the professionalism and level of service they provide. I never go into the Valley, but for Soak Nails, I think I will be spending more and more time there. Who knows what other gems I'll find?

Nirvana in a nail shop!. A girlfriend gave me a gift certificate from this salon, and I just used it, and boy am I sorry I waited so long! Everyone there is so nice and the salon is amazingly clean. I was going to another place on Ventura in Studio City, and I always hated the fact that as soon as you open the door a wave of toxic smells just hit you like a brick wall. Not at this salon. It actually smells nice in there. They are a little bit pricier than where I used to go, but I my opinion it is worth every penny. So many other salons, or business for that matter, you leave feeling like you got a fast one pulled on you, but at this salon, I felt like everyone from the managers to the girl who did me, to the girl who cleans the shop, really cared. And my hands and feet feel wonderful, and my polish still looks good! I am so happy I found Soak Nails, and I look forward to keep on going there for a long time.

The Best Nail Salon EVER!. I used to go to another nail shop up the street, but heard good things about this shop from a friend, and OMG! I am in love! This salon is amazing! The stuff they use all smells so yummy, and everyone there is SOOOO friendly! I already brought my stepmom here and I cannot wait to bring my mom! I know where I'm going before my bridal shower next spring!

amazing attention to detail!. i love how perfect my manicure and pedicure turned out - 5 days later and it is still perfect! i will be returning regularly because of their amazing attention to detail!

Truly a Nail Spa!. I first came to this salon a few months ago, and I must say they have spoiled me from going anywhere else. The whole atmosphere is unlike any other salon's, and their staff is so attentive! And they only use top quality products. I absolutely love this salon!
