A quasi-industrial set of globe lamps, flat screen TVs, and art on the walls set the scene for folks who like their postmodern burgers with wine, beer and cocktails. If you’re lazy, just order the burger of the month--maybe it'll be a Greek-inspired lamb burger with feta cheese, roasted red pepper and tzatziki sauce. Otherwise, grab an order form and build your own, checking boxes in five categories of meat cheese, toppings (up to four), sauce and buns. (Don't worry, veggies--there's a vegetarian patty as well.) Nearly 60 items range from Danish blue cheese and horseradish cheddar to roasted chiles, grilled pineapple,sauteed mushrooms, bacon and sauces like apricot, ginger soy glaze and sweet barbecue. Because here, it's all about burgers your way.
