Pacific removed all of the concrete including the driveway, front walkway, and patio at my home and replaced it with paving stones. When I contacted Pacific online a representative called me the same day and set up an appointment for the following day. Chris, the sales rep, was very courteous and helpful in explaining about the whole process. He even left me a DVD that took me through the whole process so that I could understand what was happening. We set a date to start. Chip and his crew began work and were stopped by the City. I came to understand that Downey is one tough city to get work approved in. With the help of Marty and Chip we worked our way through all of the paper work required by the City. Marty was there to hold my hand and encourage me as this went on, Chip assured me that the job would be made a priority as soon as we had the proper permits. When we got everything cleared up Chip and Gary's crew began work. The guys were very hard working and kept the work site clean. Their commitment to craftsmanship was amazing. The final result is beautiful. I highly recommend this company! Trust them, they're the best! I am gazing out the window at my new patio and I just love it.

An asphalt drive and concrete sidewalk and wooden deck were replaced with pavers. In the process, a submerged sprinkler pipe was damaged, and when I pointed this out, they THANKED ME AND APOLOGIZED. It was fixed at once. Care was taken not to damage plants; they were extremely clean and neat; they were very efficient. Everyone has commented on how beautiful the new drive and walk look now. They even left extra pavers so we could surround some planting areas that were not as yet prepared! It was a great experience.

Dr. Rieger was extremely nice and caring. He did an excellent job on my spinal fusion and decompression. Thanks to him I am now pain free, for which I am ever grateful. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

I have finally found some time to drop you a line to let you know how impressed we are with the service provided by Pacific Outdoor Living. We viewed your work at the Pasadena Showcase House in May and decided to have someone from your company come out and give us an estimate for a relatively small job. In June we met with Brian Godley who explained in great detail our options for putting in a small patio and setting paving tones under our arbor. He was quite thorough and was so helpful in giving us design suggestions. Within days of our consultation, three sets of paving stones were dropped off at our home in Palmdale so we could get a better idea of which color scheme we preferred. The workers who came to our home were great. It was interesting to see how everything was constructed. Honestly, I was expecting to have a mess to clean up after this job but not a chance. You couldn't even tell we had any work done other than the finished product. Needless to say, both our patio and arbor design look wonderful not to mention the flowerbed running along the fence that Brian suggested! I can certainly recommend your company to friends for the beautiful work that you do. Thank you for making our yard so much more enjoyable

Receptionist/scheduler seemed to know what was going on at our house better than us and didn't believe anything I said, but other than that the workers were amazing and we love our patio
