About to close.
Lets admit it, SBE messed up big time on the concept for this venue. MI6 was an awful name, the design could have and should been better. So many thing is wrong with this venue. I heard they are planning to close it down for refurbishment and its barely a year old.
I'm an African but a couple of the African bouncers they had here should be fired for being sooo dumb. I understand English might be your 2nd language but when people are explaining there problems to you try calling a manager if you don't want to deal with it. Don't get aggressive and rude to people spending the equal of your weekly salary on a night out.
I like the management and bar staff and some of the security however, majority of the promoters that worked here were soooooo questionable. SBE supposed to be a luxury brand that why I don't understand why they worked with those cowboy promoters at MI6

Your Guest List Girl. I'll start by saying I like it a lot better when they have both floors open. That doesn't take away from the fact that I love this place. I can't remember the last time I went on a weekend but surprisingly, every time I've been to MI-6 during the week, it's been quite the party!

Citysearch Editorial Review. Formerly Foxtail, MI-6 is SBE's latest venture for the velvet-rope set. Instead of Art-Deco touches, expect sleek lines and strobe lights inside the more club-like MI-6. The new WeHo lounge launched in late 2009 but is still in "soft" open mode, so visitors from far-away suburbs beware as the club is only open certain nights and is largely promoter-driven at this juncture. Best to call ahead and leave a message for a table reservation here to ascertain what nights the club is for sure open. Or better yet, get on a promoter's list. There is no restaurant inside MI-6 (unlike the first incarnation of Foxtail). Look for a similar crowd to what you might find and the more reliably open Guys & Dolls. Open Sunday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday nights only (as of late 2009 and barring special events that may take place on other evenings).
