THE WORST...EVER. I went here to get a Russian single entry tourist visa. They told me it would cost $242 on the phone and more for adding pages to my passport. ONce I arrived, they started piling on charges - for a letter of invitation (usually included in the $242), for Fed Ex mailings to and from NY (the Russian consulate is in SF and the mail does not cost $64 each way!!) for all kinds of handling fees. It was going to cost me close to $700 for the visa, adding pages to my passport and so on. I told them they were crooks and left to go to Russian Universal Services on Fairfax. It took 15 minutes there for everything and cost a total of $480 which included visa, invitation, passport pages, photos etc. SAMEDAY is a crock, run by crooks, staffed by fools and not legit. Go elsewhere and save yourself money. While I was there, people were on phones handling crises they had created by not doing a good job - lost passports, poorly filled out forms, incorrect info...avoid at all costs.

They did not help at all. These people dont do anything you cant go down the street to the Real passport building on Wilshire and do yourself! They told me they could handle my same day emergency, but after 3 hours of driving, it turns out they could not as they had "sold the last same day" just before i showed up. They had no sense of urgency, and moved slower that molasses-and they took every phone call that came in while i had to sit and wait. Fast, efficient service. They fit us in within 1 hour of calling them, took our pictures, and had the passports back even sooner than promised. Very pleased, and will use again.

They Renewed My Passport in 48 Hours!. I needed to get my passport renewed in 48 hours or I would have had to forfeit an amazing trip to the Peruvian rainforest.

They promised me they'd get it renewed in 48 hours -- and they did! It was waiting for me as promised.

What's more, they actually didn't have any 48-hour slots open when I walked in, but they called around to another agency, did some horse-trading, and got me my slot.

They do your headshots on-site, too (for an extra $15), so it's a full-service shop.

The 48-hour service cost $360, all told -- well worth it, considering that without my passport, I would have had to forfeit my trip.

These guys are the real deal!
