Amazing Help through a Trying Time!

Sturm Law provided me with the most caring and knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered. I am a working and single mother of three children and did not have to the time or abilities to deal with being charged with a DUI. Craig Sturm took me in his care and got the results that I needed to go on with my life. I would never have known the options that I had or even knowledge of any of my rights as a "criminal".

I was involved in a car accident and subsequently arrested after blowing a .09. Luckily, I hired Craig Sturm who managed to have the entire alcohol related charge dropped. Instead, I was charged with a speeding exhibition ticket which will be expunged in 2 years. (DUI stays on your record for 10)

Considering that I had never been in trouble with the law before I was very nervous and had an endless supply of questions. Craig Sturm always answered and/or returned my calls immediately and never made me feel that any of my questions were dumb. I've heard horror stories from people that hire attorneys who treat them like a number once they have been paid. I can honestly say I've never gotten that feeling from Craig Sturm. He gently walked me through the process while simultaneously fighting to get me positive results.

Blood Alcohol Level .27

After being pulled over at BAC of .27 I hired an attorney from another firm and the District Attorney was going to sentence me to 48 hrs of county jail, a 9 month alcohol program, 3 years of probation, 10 days of trash duty & $1800 fine. Not being happy with the outcome and the obvious novice attorney I was doled out I did some research and found Craig Sturm. Craig took my blood sample, had an independent lab re-test the blood. He was able to proove that my blood did not have the required preservatives and therefore was not valid. He also showed the officer did not follow the appropriate procedures to give me the field sobriety tests. The combination of his well thought out research and his relationships with the prosecutors and judges resulted in the D.A. reducing the charges against me to a wreckless driving. NO garbage duty, no $1800 fine, NO 3 years of probation, NO 9 month alcohol class and last but not least...NO JAIL!!! If you ever find yourself in a predicament such as mine, I can honestly say he is the best legal representation you could hope for.

Sturm Law

Craig Sturm stood by my side and up for me through the DUI process. His legal representation through the judicial system got my license back, when the police had not conducted the breath analysis properly and the DMV suspended my license. Without Sturm Law I would have never even knew that my rights had been violated by the arresting officers. He made sure he was knowledgeable regarding every specific detail to my case in order to successfully prove my innocence, which he did!

If I am ever in need of an attorney again for myself or a friend I will call Sturm Law. He is personable, friendly, and has connections through the LA County court system to help his clients in any way. Most importantly Sturm Law cared about ME, not the money!
