Best Buy #1018 Glendora California.
I spent over $2000 on a TV at Best Buy, $400 on the extended warranty alone.
Repairs took weeks and I had to take many days off work to get it fixed by Geek Squad. My TV turned out to be a Lemon and I was relieved to be getting a replacement.
I went down to Best Buy in Glendora and when I started asking too many questions a Home Theater employee told me not to be demanding because if they wanted to they could send me home with a $500 TV.
I complained to Best Buy Corporate and they said, they don't pick out the TVs the store does.
What a ripoff!
