unbeliveable but true. These guys from Flat Rate Moving were unbelievable! Hard to believe but I've moved 7 times in the past 10 years and I know a quality moving service! I have never received such gentle, considerate care. Ryan and his team contined to surprise me with the extra things they'd offer to do, making my move as painless as possible. I can't say enough great things about Flat Rate Moving!

amazingly amazed. I was amazed at how fast Jason and the two other movers were from Flatrate Moving. Not only were they on time in the morning, but finished a little early and I had more items than expected. They handled everything with care and were very nice. I am still in shock at how smoothly my move went. I would highly encourage anyone to use FLATRATE that wants to make their moving experience a pleasant one.

Quick and easy. My FlatRate moving experience was terrific. Very fast, friendly and professional service. My stuff was packed and loaded into the truck in less than four hours. It arrived in a few days to the destination and everything was in order.

exceptional job done. The movers responsible for doing my move from Flat Rate in Los Angeles were exceptional. Very well mannered, nice, efficient, fast, constantly working, no chit chatting. I have to say this was the best experience I have EVER had with a moving company in my life. Not only were they great, but the way they handled my furniture and my boxes made me feel comfortable and safe. They were extremely nice, no bureaucracy, it was perfect. I would highly recommend this service to anyone I know. I am excited to receive my furniture in NYC. Thanks FlatRate for an awesome experience.

In the RAIN even!! Great job.. Flat Rate Moving movers were careful with our things-they wrapped our furniture well so that nothing could break-also with not making a mess, like not staining the carpets by making a path of fabrics and towels that they used the whole time. On the top of everything, they were friendly!! (despite the rain and the wind, the conditions were really miserable). I definitely recommend using Flat Rate Moving Company to anyone who needs to move!

UNRELIABLE - HORRIBLE SERVICE. Company said it would arrive between 9-10 am. Day prior to the move, company said it would come between 10-11 a.m. Movers arrived at 2:30 p.m. I missed work waiting on movers all day. The moving truck broke down. The company rep lied and said truck broke down 20-30 minute from my home. Driver said he was in city 75 miles from my home. Company sent its own mechanic to do repairs rather then send another truck or rent another truck to send both of which would have been quicker. Company owner was rude, unapologetic and threaten to cancel the move. NEVER EVER EVERY USE THIS COMPANY.

A Wonderful Company. I recently moved from Sedona, AZ to Plantation, FL with your company. I would like to pay a compliment to all who assisted in the move. From my first conversation with Alice, to conversations with Alejandro (I think) and George Santos and his assistants it was a wonderful experience. The customer service was terrific and the move went without a hitch. Moving cross country is a stressful endeavor and your employees made it easy. I would recommend you to any friends and family.

Most professional & stree free moving. I have served with the military for over 20 years -- It required me to contract with a moving company about every three years. This was by far my best experience--compared to previous moving experiences 1) When unpacking, the movers "put things away" in a nice orderly fashion. Other movers just dumped things and set them on the floor. 2) I went to organize my kitchen after the movers left just to find that the movers had already completed my kitchen and put everything away in good, logical places. The kitchen was already completed! 3) On several occasions, I had to request to move the same item more than once--from one room to another room after changing my mind. Movers I have experienced in the past would complain about this .... But the Flat Rate movers appeared happy to do the extra work without complaining. 4) I could see a lot of a vigilant care with regards to not making any marks on my walls as furniture was moved. Recommendation for FlatRate Moving. Just recently moved with Flat Rate & I want to recommend them because they did an awesome job. I moved 3 times in my life & out of the 3 moving companies I used this was the BEST ONE!! I used them based on some of the reviews even though I was skeptical. Anyway I went with them after I met the guy who came to give me an estimate & I felt comfortable with them. Two thumbs up for these movers. Great job!
