Trusted a/c repair‎ed. My window a/c has been blowing warm air for the past few days and the season's heat is getting unbearable. found Acme in the yellow pages and had a tech at my apartment the same day. now there's cool air at my place and a smile on my face. nice and professional techs!‎

Excellent Service‎‎. We called Acme Appliance Repair on Friday at 4:00pm to get a washer repaired before the weekend. The technician showed up at 6.30pm. He found the problem and fixed everything within an hour. I'm totally satisfied! Thank you!!!‎

honest and straight forward service. The dishwasher started this awful grinding noise the other day. Called Acme Appliance Repair on Sunday, Jack contacted us on Monday morning and fixed the dishwasher by mid day!

Jack also gives great advice too on how to upkeep your appliances with care - so they will keep much longer. His prices are super reasonable - especially knowing how much these fancy appliances are nowadays! And the best part - he has a very positive attitude and doesn't make you feel silly or stupid for your lack of appliance knowledge.

reasonable rates. These guys have proven to me that they are indeed los angeles's best Appliance repair company. From their quick service to their reasonable rates I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely recommend them to any one needing Great appliance service.

Awesome and honest company. We had our refrigerator go out on a Sunday. Unfortunately, only one company was open: They looked at our refrigerator, cut up a bunch of wires, and quoted us $400 to fix both a compressor and relay. We were skeptical of their quote, said no, and paid them the $80 fee for them to come by.

Acme Appliance Repair, who charge $40 to visit, came by, looked at the refrigerator, and said it was ONLY the relay that was broken. He charged us $90 for labor - it would have been both parts AND labor, but I already went to buy a new relay in my own attempts to fix it. He said that the relay model we have is a commonly faulty part, and he gets them for free as part of a recall, "so why wouldn't I give them to you guys for free?" (The part costs $50.)

He finished the job within 30 minutes and we were saved with cool, refrigerated food again.

Awesome and honest company - what else do you want?

efficient and knowledgeable. Just had our Bosch dishwasher fixed. Call out charge was waved since we decided to do the repair and the repair itself was done quickly and efficiently.

Fixed my washer quickly and with a guarantee. Thank god I don't have to schlep my stuff to the laundromat, I don't have the quarters anymore!

Frigidaire/GM electric range back to life. Edward is great. He brought my aging 1950's era Frigidaire/GM electric range back to life. Super nice guy, called before arriving ahead of schedule (which worked out great for me) and even offered to take a look at my wall heater.

incredibly reasonable rates.. Rick was fantastic -- we wanted him to repair our dishwasher and he told us how to do it over the phone 'so we could save a few bucks.'

What a good guy! But we couldn't figure it out, so he came out (within hours of our call) and fixed it in no time. He is pleasant, professional, knows his stuff, and charges incredibly reasonable rates.

Always great work!. I've been calling Edward for years for all sorts of repairs -- washers, dryers, dishwashers, garbage disposals, etc. He absolutely deserves his 5 star rating on citysearch. Always fair, always honest, always helpful. He's told me to when I needed to junk old machines instead of charging for expensive repairs. Most recently, he explained a manufacturer's flaw in a dryer so my tenants can easily fix the thing themselves the next time it "dies." If you have an appliance problem, I highly recommend Acme Appliance Repair!
