Citysearch Editorial Review. Since opening in 2009, this quasi-industrial bar and restaurant has become a bit of a local fave. After a day on the shore, Redondo Beach locals head here for out-of-the-box comfort food, some 50 different beers and unusual cocktails. The space--decked out with chrome accents, exposed brick walls and candle-topped tables--serves as a modern backdrop for feasting on pretzel burgers topped with grilled onions, wild arugula, jarlsberg cheese and bacon; brown sugar pork ribs; and sides like truffle goat mac-n-cheese and sweet potato fries. Speciality drinks (all $10 or less) include a spicy watermelon margarita, Botanical Bubble sparkler, and the Imperia Pickled Blue, a mix of vodka, pickled veggies and blue cheese-stuffed olive.
