How are they in business?!. The owner is an idiot. I have no idea how she started a business. I tried to call and make an appointment and she lectured me about being late & missing appointments and how this is rude to the other clients and the staff. I'd never been there before! Want to make a new client? Try not yelling at them before they come in. Big lashes, small brain.

Run!!!. I had an appointment for 9am on a Saturday morning for eyelash extensions. The night prior, I was working an event til 2:30am. With only 5 hours of sleep, I still made the drive down from the Valley into Beverly Hills to make that appointment. When i arrived at 9am, the store was closed (locked with the lights off & no one inside). i decided to wait at a salon next door in case some one was running late. when i checked back at 9:15, the store was still closed. at 9:18am i called, but no one picked up so i left a message.

since i had forced myself to get up and make the drive down, i didn't want to give up that easily and naively wanted to wait further. so, i grabbed breakfast around the corner. around 10:30, i came back to find someone at the front desk. i confronted her with the following:

1. she failed to keep the appointment

2. no one had attempted to return my message

3. no apologies (she claimed she was there at 9am!)

i was just so fed up with how unprofessional their business, that i just left. instead of paying $395 for a pair of eyelash extensions, i paid a great deal more for my lack of sleep, gas & drive, parking, breakfast, wasted time, naiveness and anger. definitely not worth it!

THERE'S A LOT OF OTHER EYELASH EXTENSION SERVICES THAT PROVIDE MORE AFFORDABLE PRICES, GREAT SERVICE & PROFESSIONAL STAFF! PLEASE THINK TWICE & DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT COMING HERE!!!!
