Love the stretch and kick boxing – I've been attending Jason's functional stretch class which is really great for getting out the kinks. I tried the kick boxing for the first time Friday at Club Sportif and Spa and it was really a lot of fun. It is a great way to get out the week's frustration and by burning a lot of calories. Jason is fun, relaxed and there are all fitness levels in the class so no need to feel like you have to have expert training already to fit in, I would highly recommend!!
The Best – Jason is the best personal trainer of worked with. He has a clear understanding of how to alleviate aches and pains and how to develop just exactly what needs developing. He's sufficiently remorseless to push you past where you wanted to stop and make you see you can do more than you knew. I felt results immediately, after the first session.
I'd recommend him as both a personal trainer or an instructor in kenpo karate, in a heartbeat.

I told Jason that I wanted to slim down, specifically in my stomach area and to strengthen my body. Since then 1.) I've been meeting with him regularly twice a week in one of his semi-private training sessions; 2) he gave me a work out program that I do once a week in my apartment, and 3) he continuously gives me diet advice. Within several weeks I have seen AMAZING results. Considering that I don't like gyms, that I have a busy schedule and I don't always have patience with the rituals of dieting, I was surprised with the impressive results I saw within so little time. Jason is very knowledgeable and result oriented. I highly recommend you check JH Fitness for yourself.

As a personal trainer myself, I hold high standards for other trainers because I take my job very seriously. Jason has surpassed my expectations and then some. How can I say? Because he has trained me. He is excellent. I'm proud to have him as a fellow trainer. He is very knowledgeable, great with people, and a superb instructor. I would trust my clients to him if I ever needed a sub, knowing they will have a great experience and no injuries, and I don't trust my precious clients to just anyone! You want a male trainer? Then you want Jason Hoggatt.
A great personal trainer – Jason Hoggatt has been my personal trainer for almost 3 years. He's great at mixing up my workouts which include kickboxing, kettle bells, stretching, weight training. I also appreciate that he gives me simple workouts to do at home or when I travel. I am in my mid-40's and in the best shape of my life!
