Scam.
Our cab driver thought we were too drunk to notice how he rigged the meter. I nudged my buddy and we were laughing at how much his meter was jumping. It was SO obvious. When we arrived at our destination, I told him he can wait until a cop checks out his meter or leave now. He floored the gas and sped off.
Small victory for all the customers he ripped off
