Honest & Friendly. I have a 01 BMW X5. it was over heating. I had it towed in there on late Tue. afternoon. I talked to Steve. He is very knowledgeable and very kind. It was raining, he had someone drove me home. I got a estimation Wed. morning. The price was very good for a broken water pump and connecting hose. the car was ready to pick up on Thursday morning. Good prices, Kind staff, Quality of Work. I've been going to Fremont and Purdon since about 2005, and have been very pleased with the pricing, the staff and quality of work. What's most important to me is knowing I can trust Rick and Steve to give me the honest answer on what's wrong with my car, without taking advantage of me. I used to price them out with auto dealerships and other repair facilities, and their prices are always much better. I really enjoy working with Steve and Rick...they're very kind and pleasant to work with.
