I have been a customer since 1992, I have always received wonderful service. The shop has competent repair techs and Steve is a delight to deal with. I would never think of going anywhere else. I have recommended F&P to all of my friends and family members.

Honest & Friendly

I have a 01 BMW X5. it was over heating. I had it towed in there on late Tue. afternoon. I talked to Steve. He is very knowledgeable and very kind. It was raining, he had someone drove me home. I got a estimation Wed. morning. The price was very good for a broken water pump and connecting hose. the car was ready to pick up on Thursday morning. Over all, they are very friend, efficient, and price are very reasonable. What else could you ask for. It was my first time there. I will go back to them for all my car service now.

Good prices, Kind staff, Quality of Work

I've been going to Fremont and Purdon since about 2005, and have been very pleased with the pricing, the staff and quality of work. What's most important to me is knowing I can trust Rick and Steve to give me the honest answer on what's wrong with my car, without taking advantage of me. I used to price them out with auto dealerships and other repair facilities, and their prices are always much better. I really enjoy working with Steve and Rick...they're very kind and pleasant to work with. They've always been very accommodating, providing rides, staying late when I'm running behind to pick up my car, etc. The turn around time is also great! I highly recommend Fremont and Purdon!

Great service, great prices

Have been going here for maybe 20 years, always get great service. Now that my kids are driving our old clunkers, I'm entirely confident that they're safe. That kind of confidence is worth as many stars as I can give these guys. On top of great service, they are always very reasonable.
