Citysearch Editorial Review. This popular Sony-adjacent spot is bustling during lunchtime. Saffron and wine tones surround wooden tables and wraparound windows create a sunny air. Waitresses in blue jeans keep up the pace with jingling bellydancing scarves around their hips as a mellow Middle Eastern music soundtrack plays low. Outside, the sidewalk patio is where local office workers take in some fresh along with the food that focuses on healthy, inexpensive, authentic Lebanese dishes. The menu is far-ranging, from appetizers of spicy hummus, falafel, meat pastries and musakaa, to tabouleh and fatoush salads, beef and chicken shawarma sandwiches, and vegetarian plates. Entrees include filet mignon, fish and shrimp kebobs, salmon and lamb chops. One of the Lebanese standouts is spinach fatyer, a mix of spinach, onion, spices and walnuts baked into golden homemade pies.
