BEST YOGA AND CYCLING EVER!!!. i love the warm friendly atmosphere i feel immediately after stepping through the front door of up dog. the staff is amazing and the teachers are incredible.

i love that i can have fun, sweat, listen to great music and workout all at the same time.

the yoga room is the most beautiful room i have been in with light wood floors with huge windows.

i can always fit a class into my schedule as they have classes all day long. they have showers to make any going to work or going out after class very easy.

love love love this place!!!!!! 100% recommend it!!!

In love with this place!. I am the kind of person who likes to explore and try out new things, but I also get bored easily and loose interest if I don't find excitement or a challenge. Well, long story short, Im hooked to this place! Its been a couple of months now and I still love everything about it! Its clean, bright, great vibe, friendly staff, free parking and the best teachers in town! I only do the yoga but I have heard that the spinning classes are amazing too. I have tried every yoga class they have and I really enjoy the unique and personal style each instructor has. They will inspire you. They have great prices too!

The Best Ever. I've been a yogini for twenty years and when I walked into Up Dog I became an unlimited monthly member that day. Beautiful, airy space with plenty of storage and a ladies room to rival any first class spa. And it is clean!! But the very best part is the leadership of owner, Meaghan, who is the most competent and caring yoga teacher ever. Try lunch hour with Jake; Jonathan at the crack of dawn or Claudia for level one classes. Up Dog is a friendly community with easy parking, a front office with clothing, gear and drinks and there is always something going on with special workshops and the like. Be prepared to be challenged, sweat and have fun.

up dog!!. I've lived in los angeles for 10 years and Up Dog is definitely one of the best studios I've seen in a very long time! If you like easy check-in, experienced teachers, and and great studio space, I would say check out Up Dog.

There's no having to rush or wait in line to sign up for class like most gyms around town, and the parking is free. I've only taken Meaghan's yoga and Adam's spin, but I'll say their classes can compete with anyone in southern california, and best of all, they're right here in West Hollywood!

Such a Great Fun Studio!!!!. Up Dog was started by Meaghan Townsend who is probably one of the best yoga instructors in all of LA. Her class ROCKS, fun music at the same time you get real yoga instruction and learn a lot! She also helps people individually. Parking is easy and then after class I can grab a smoothie at Body Shop downstairs or the Starbucks below. Seen some major celebs there already! But it doesn't feel pretentious or "sceney"--I hate that--I mean aren't we just working out, ya know? Which is probably why they like it.

Fabulous New Cycling and Yoga Studio. The ultimate combination of cycling and yoga - the two most effective ways to stay in shape ...on the outside and the inside! I love Up Dog's friendly and helpful staff, amazing instructors - really the creme de la creme of LA! And the studio itself is gorgeous - fully renovated, BRAND NEW spin bikes in a cool sound proofed room that rocks, AMAZING yoga room...circular, open, elevated, blissful...and super clean! I love how clean everything is here! Fresh and inspiring! Its so great to have a studio of this calibre so conveniently located in the centre of West Hollywood - and there is free parking! And right across the road is Trader Joes, perfect for picking up some dinner or lunch after class, and there is a Starbucks downstairs if you need a hit of caffeine before you work out. Plus Up Dog is private and discrete - I guess that's why I see so many entertainment industry celebrities there. But there is no attitude, everyone is chilled and friendly - its the best!

BEST CLASSES EVER. This place has definitely raised the bar for spin and yoga. The teachers are unbelievable....and I've been doing this for a while! I've belonged to so many gyms and nothing compares to Up Dog. I have always been into yoga but after experiencing Meaghan's class I'm obsessed. Spinning kinda bored me in the past but Adam and Tevia are rockstars! West Hollywood needed this! Thank you Up Dog!
