Hot and Cold Jade Stone Massage!. Mark is an incredible massage therapist. I got the hot and cold stone massage. Apparently, the constant change in temperature draws and flushes blood away from the muscle which makes it much looser to work on. Incredible massage at an incredible price.

Best Massage for an incredible price. WOW! I got the best massage yesterday. My masseuse knew the exact spots to hit. I sit behind a desk all day on my computer. My posture is not the best since i'm hunched over most of the day on my keyboard. My therapist worked on a spot in the shoulder that no other therapists had hit before and it gave me the sorest sensation ever but in a good way. I'm sitting much more upright today and feeling great. Definitely making this a weekly place to visit. I forgot the name of my masseuse but I'll find out and let you all know next week. :)

Warm and wonderful place!. So this place is pretty new and (I spoke to Michael, the owner, who told me they just opened a few months back) it’s a cute little place that is relaxing and has an overall Zen-like feel to it.

I went for the Signature Facial because I was feeling a bit puffy that day and Gabriel, the esthetician, was so warm and calming throughout! He used very high quality Dermalogica products and took the time to explain what each product was when I asked. He used something on my arms too that gave it a nice tingly feeling and made my skin really soft.

It’s been three days since I went and my face still feels great! Needless to say, I’ll be back soon. I will have to try out the massage next time I go and let you know how it goes.
