The nearly century-old mahogany-coated bar sets the scene for seasonal grub accompaniments like duck fat Yorkshire pudding, spicy pork meatballs with clams, and roasted hanger steak with asparagus, potato pave and thyme jus. As guests dine on braised lamb and spoon prune financier with pistachio ice cream for dessert, they sip fruit caipirinhas and a wide selection of wines.
