Stress Relief. Simple and effective tools to serve as a reminder in dealing with the everyday stress. I've not been use to working and concentrating on the simple things that deal with stress. Got a few tools now that work.....TM

Have Total Confidence. I can absolutely recommend Sydni to anyone interested in changing bad habits or overcoming fears. And best of all, It's painless. Sydni's confidence and mastery of her technique gave me the confidence that together we could overcome anything that needed changing. She listens carefully then effortlessly puts you into a comfortable state so that her expert auto-suggestions takes root in your consciousness and transform your life. Hypnosis is not what I thought it would be...no crazy trances, no clucking like a chicken, just deep relaxation. You're completely aware and in control at all times. Run don't walk. She's great.

Amazingly warm and efficient. Sydni is a warm, professional and efficient hypnotherapist. Through different exercises, she helped me conquer and understand some events in my life that had contribute to the reason why I needed to see her. She is worth every penny!

Amazing - Fears & Phobias. I had the privilege to attend a seminar hosted by Sydni Perdew. First of all, I felt very comfortable in a room with people I hadn't met before and saw the results with my own eyes as everyone had the opportunity to share their fears and hobias. In my experience, she has the ability to capitvate an audience with her intelligence, thorough knowledge of what she is teaching, while displaying a very engaging spirit and nurturing qualities. I felt myself tear up at some moments in the class, especially as she had at one point, the same fear as I, Spiders. I thank her for allowing me to face my fears head on and now I have a different experience with Spiders because of it. Exponentially, I would recommend her to anyone.

one of the best for fears & phobias. I attended a seminar led by Sydni, At one point she took the entire class through a technique that was supposed to help heal a personal fear. My fear was that I would never clear up my garage, but, I was most impressed with a young lady who was there with a fear of flying. She had this fear for years & just got a new job in N.Y. She was terrified she wouldn't be able to do it. Sydni talked to her & took her through the technique. Not only did she take the flight with no fear at all, she has been flying everywhere fearlessly since that one seminar. And, I'm happy to report my garage is neat & organized with plenty of room for my car. Sydni's persona & technique is a perfect blend of the right personality and the perfect knowledge to help anyone heal from any fears & phobias they might be experiencing. I recommend her highly.

Great Session. Sydni Perdew Is amazing. My 10 year old son had a problem with constantly picking his lip and in one session Sydni had it resolved. She has an amazing ability to build instant report with her clients. I had a friend go see her for weight and relationship issues and she couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend you to see her.
