Amazing customer service. Every time I called them for support I felt like I was their only customers. They answered all my questions and provided me with some useful advice on applications that will improve my business operations.

Excellent Customer Service. Accidentally installed malware onto the server and was freaking out because there was a lot of important stuff on my server that was not backed up. The tech guy at Colocation America knew exactly what to do and walked me through the steps to remove the malware. Great guy working in a great company.

Satisfied 100%. I have used Colocation America for a number of years now. I am extremely satisfied with both the quality of service as well as technical support staff—friendly, helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. I have used a number of providers in the past and had to change because of reliability problems. I am very satisfies and highly recommend them.
