Service Vs Customer Service.
I have been getting mani-pedi, waxing, at this location and the service it's very good, Lana, Fiona has done an excellent job.
The customer service at the Front desk needs some atention. As I walked in, the lady it's looking down, not even notice I am there or respond my greeting until i make myself notice a second time. An african American Lady has to ask me in front of other employes what kind of waxing i was goint to have, i felt unconfortable shouting everyone what i was going to get done. I think she could have been a little more discret about it.
