Prompt and Professional

I found Presto Logistics on mymovingreviews, citysearch, and the BBB and I felt it would be fitting that I write a reveiw of my move after they did such a great job for me. When I looked at the top rated companies on these websites, Presto came very highly recommended so I filled my information out on their website. I received a prompt response from Henry who said he would be able to go over a quote with me on the phone. He explained that it would be accurate because they charge on the space you use for the move so by telling him everything I had he can tell me how much space it will take up. He gave me a very competetive price so I went with it. On the day of the move, I guess we were both off by a little with the number of items and the space it would need. Overall though it was fairly accurate. The men that were sent to my home were very nice and curtious. I had a refrigerator that I was throwing away and they helped me take it to the dumpster at no extra charge. When I asked Henry how much I should tip the guys, he said, "we do not have any tip policy but if you feel the service you got was tip worthy, anything you give would be much appreciated." Then on the day of the move I asked the crew leader the same thing thing and he answered with a very similar response. I thought that was very nice and all companies should have a similar policy. On the delivery the crew was a local crew from California and they were just as kind and curtious. I was told that they would put everything back together for me and put all the boxes where I wanted them and that's exactly what they did. All in all it was a very succesful move and I'm glad I found Presto with the help of these websites.

Great customer service.

I had very pleasant dealings with my movers. They told me it would be $999 for my one bedroom apartment. On the moving day it was actually $999. Great job and they tended to my every need.

Easiest moving experience I've ever had

Nobody moves every day but if it was possible I would be that guy.. I have moved over 20 times, and so far this has been the easiest experience. I booked my move with Henry and he said he would be available 12 hours a day 6 days a week by phone or email if I had any questions or concerns. He meant it, I had a few updates on what I was bringing from the point that I gave my deposit and the move date. Every time he answered me in a timely manner and was extremely patient. When moving day came they sent a crew that did an amazing job. Most notably Luis who was doing all the paper work with me and was very professional. They sent my stuff from Texas to California in under a week and delivered the stuff with the same level of professionalism as they did on the pickup. I have been extremely satisfied with Prestos service and if and when I move again I will be sure to call them.

Bad Experience

Not sure where all these positive reviews are coming from, but Presto Logistics bugged me for my business, but after my commitment they became very unprofessional, lost 2 boxes during the move and seem to be too busy for people who already paid. Movers seem to be subcontractors who have little regard for your property and very untrustworthy looking characters. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!!

Great Experience!

Great experience! I really liked the crew that came to my house they were so polite. On the pickup and the delivery, they were really great. Every time I called the office they were so helpful. Henry helpe me with all my questions in the beginning of the move and any time I called and he wasn't available Alley was here for me with all the answers and updates I needed. Recommended by me :)
