Easy, smooth, and no hassle!

Narine was awesome! She even came on her day off to help me get my car. Narine provided me with excellent customer service and she eased the pressure of car buying. When I make appointments I make certain that Michael Oetzell is working that day, as we have a 20+ year professional relationship with him. The info received from your scheduler has not always been accurate. It is recommended that the scheduler makes sure that the info given to a client is accurate.

Keyes Lexus is the greatest! I never go anyplace else to get my car serviced. And trust me, I'm not easy to please. They really know how to look after their customers. My service advisor Allan is truly knowledgeable and fantastic to function with! By no means have I felt any distrust on their work. And people here really look after you. It's really the small issues that count and Keyes Lexus makes certain that issues are carried out right. Thanks!
