This is the best and most fun way to join the Navy Seals!!! I am joking of course, but as a woman in my mid fifties this is the closest I will ever come. Three times a week I attend my Boot Camp H20 sessions and leave feeling exhilarated at my accomplishments . It's kick ass and I am one of the older ones , but when I walk out I suddenly feel 20 years younger!! This is the best youth tonic there is....I advise everyone of all ages to try the experience of Boot Camp H2O!
Terrific full body workout with no stress on joints

Splendid way to gain muscle strength, build lung capacity, and improve body flexibility without any strain to the joints. In one hour of workout I think I might be burning 800-1200 calories, while improving my swim stroke technique and learning to breathe better in water.
I highly recommend a test drive!

I am a hard core fitness junkie, so much so that I have gotten multiple stress fractures over the last few years because of all my high intensity workouts. I heard about boot camp h2o when I was last injured since pool activities were all I could do. Not only was it the best workout when I could do nothing else, but I have continued for three sessions now even though I am fully able to run and spin and do everything else. It is SUCH a good workout and they change it up every time. It is a perfect mix of cardio, lung capacity, strength, and intervals, and I leave the pool feeling great. I have seen my running and my cycling improve as well and I have definitely seen the results physically!

This class is a great workout. It's rigorous and tough! I'm going 3-4 times a week, and definitely noticing results! Not only have I lost inches and toned up, but I also feel more confident and at ease in the water.
The workout is never boring & just when you think you can't do any more, there something new & different. Even though we're working our tushes off, the hour flies by and I feel great all day afterwards.
Even though the class isn't specifically designed for people with injuries, I have a low back problem and the class is great for me. I used to do power yoga 7 days a week and had to quit because of my back. Being in the water means lower impact on my back than a workout this tough on land.
Boot Camp H2O is the best overall workout I've found. Happy to be back in my skinny jeans! :-)
Great workout

I haven't been someone that likes to work out. i never liked to get up early either. this is honestly a hard, but fun workout. the program changes every time and really gives your entire body an excellent workout. The facilities are clean, the instructors are friendly, but tough enough to push you to finish and knowledgable to answer questions. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who wants a new workout program.
