WORST restaurant experience ever!

by chowritt

The worst experience I have EVER had at a restaurant. Came in with my groupon to use before it expired today. I was told by the manager that the owner (who was not there)--had simply "decided" to not honor groupons on this last day because it was a game day. No fine print restrictions on the groupon and more importantly--NO OFFER to come in on another day to honor the money ALREADY spent on the groupon to this restaurant. They got their money so I guess that customer satisfaction and HONORING the groupon is simply not important. AND there were empty tables---it was not even full! All the manager could offer was a 20 percent discount--so I could give this shady establishment MORE money. No integrity. Beware groupon buyers. You would be better to find a restaurant where they actually care about good service and run their establishment with integrity. I will be spreading the word for sure! Boo to you Varsity!

Great Food and Incredible Atmosphere

by padretim65

You walk in and you feel like your deep in a Man-Cave that welcomes all. The seating looks comfortable with multiple tables surrounded by soft comfy couches.

There are about 15-20 large screen TVs and during peak game times - two gigantic screens come down to make everyone feel like their at home watching their own small screen.

Why is it better than being home - the drinks are served fast, the food is delicious and the staff are very friendly.

Mike the owner makes you feel like your his long lost high school friend every time you come in.
