This place is not "high end" and you get what you pay for as they are pretty cheap......but the laser treatment worked just fine. For an esthetic place, the employees should look more professional. Just because they hire younger women, they still should represent the business well. Instead of feeling like you are at the Ruth Chris of salons, you feel like youre at a McDonalds esthetic salon. They have this funky little room the size of a closet to go to AFTER the treatment where you apply aloe gel and antinflammatory ointment from a bottle that everyone uses! Nice idea but NOT very clean! The trash can was overflowing with dirty paper towels. I would recommend they pass out individually wrapped aloe wipes and packets of the ointment so that you feel you aren't exposing your freshly lasered body part to a community container. But I will say the laser treatment seemed to work..... Just don't expect a 5 star place.

This place is probably the best thing that's ever happened to me. I used to pay $300 JUST for my upper lip. Now I'm in and out doing almost my whole body for less than that. The staff actually knows what they're doing- they know your skin and what level of intensity will work for you. The last place I went was run by a gynecologist- and he gave me permanent damage! I trust these women and know Maria personally. AMAZING. Amazing prices, amazing service.

My only complaint would be their strictness on the cancellation policy. Sometimes things happen- you shouldn't have to pay the amount of your session as a penalty. But it's understandable.

I go to encino location for last 1 1/2 year my two daughter they go there too and i always recomant them to all my friends most of them go there too.they all very nice and friendly they make you feel good .one of my very good experience was last night .

The PM shift manager (RITA)she is very friendly and sweet and the other two (ALINA-SARA) very sweet .one thing i love about (RITA) is she knows my name and my daughters name too.

have been there twice already. love the clean spa look as i enter the office. the receptionist has always been very polite and professional. they have fresh coffee while you wait. they have always taken me on time. what i love about this place is that they are not pushy and are not trying to sell you expensive packages like other places I've tried. prices are listed and you can choose what you want at super cheap prices. they have monthly promotions too. overall, really happy with this place.

i went a couple months ago...and i have to say everyone there was extremely friendly and very comforting! i plan on going back there again...only downfall is...is that i have apt tomorrow and i thought i scheduled it at the encino one but apparently its at the glendale one...but its because the lady i like is working in glendale....

i have mixed feelings about this place. for one it is SOOOO cheap, about the same price as waxing the same area, sometimes even cheaper than waxing. but, it is NO frills. you prep the area at home, zap zap zap, see ya later. yes it is effective, cheap OH YA, but that's it. i'm updating my review because it took about 6 times and I am hair free. so, it works!

This place is great. The staff is friendly and professional. The nurse who did my treatment was very good, friendly, knowlegable and didn't try to sell me on any other services. I didn't have to wait at all for my appointment , thay ran exactly on time and the treatment was basically painless. And the price is amazing. This place is great , I have recommened it to a few friends and they have thanked me profusely. Can't beat it........ go without any hesitation.
