I cannot say enough good things about our TLC Home Improvem. This company is the best! First Kobi he was so informative and helpful and really nice he immediately put us at ease. He and his partner measured our roof. They gave us a great price and even helped us with financing. His crew started working with-in a matter of days and they were absolutely fabulous the job was done professionally and quickly our neighbor was also getting there's done and the crew was so small that two weeks later they were still not done. After the big rain our flat roof leaked (which I found out later all of our neighbors had problems with theirs because of the original poor design) I gave Kobi a call and a crew was out the next day they not only re-did the flat roof but they repaired all of the damage inside the house for no additional charge to us. They went way beyond what we had expected. After the last rain Kobi even called to check and see if there was any problems...No wonder TLC Home Improvement has an A+ rating with the BBB!!I highly recommend using their services for all of your home improvement needs. Poor service from TLC. I called TLC first thing this morning and told them I had a small job - bathroom painting job - and asked of they would be interested even though it was a small job. They said yes and scheduled to see me at my home between 2pm and 3pm. They called me twice during e day to confirm the job. Then, at 5 minutes before 3pm, they call me to tell Le the job is less than their minimum of $2500 and would not be coming. Completely unreal and ridiculous waste of my time. I will not be calling TLC ever again.

The Best Remodeling Company. We have used these folks since 2004. They have done almost a complete remodel of our home. They show up every day and they do a quality job. Best of all, they clean up after themselves every day. The worst part of the latest job was the delays provided by the City. I must admit, though, that all is well that ends well. Whatever you need, plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting systems, etc., these are the folks to use.

paintin/counters. i live with my mother and she said she wanted to change some things in her house. she wanted to paint inside and out. and change the counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. so i started looking around and asking some friends. and my besties mom told me about tlc.

we had them come out and take a look. we told him what we wanted. and we saw samples and colors. to sum it all up we went with them and now my moms house looks great.

painting. I needed to get my home painted and tlc was referred to me by a close friend. steve was very nice, and respectful. does great work. and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole project. now my house looks brand new. thank you steve and tlc crew.

great roofers. tlc did an awesome job on my roof. it was leaking in several places. it was about 15 years since i last did anything to it. now it looks brand new, and NO LEAKS!

Kitchen Remodeling. The quality of work was superior; much better than any other contractor because you have a shafran construction. The materials used were of high quality. The workmen were polite,knowledgeable and always explained in detail when you have any questions. Every aspect of this project was a pleasure and the finished results are fantastic. Shafran construction scheduled many project with kithchen remodeling.

Very Impressed. I needed an addition done to my home. I added about 1,000 sq' second story. Tlc did a great job. they were very polite and respectful to us and to the property. now i have a master suite and a spa like master bathroom. my wife and i love it.
